1. Digital Delivery Only (No Physical Shipping)
We do not sell, ship, or dispatch physical items, physical books, or boxed merchandise. There is no physical shipping, postal delivery, or courier service involved with any purchase on StaffSignal.
2. Delivery Methods and Timelines
All purchases are delivered electronically through encrypted, automated systems:
- StaffSignal Pro Subscriptions: Access to all interactive playbooks, architectures, and practice modules is provisioned instantaneously upon payment confirmation. You can log into your account and begin using the materials immediately.
- The Staff System Design Handbook (PDF eBook): Upon successful payment, a direct digital download prompt is triggered immediately on the order confirmation screen. In addition, an automated receipt with your unique download link is dispatched to your registered email address within 5 to 15 minutes of transaction completion.
3. Shipping Charges
Because all content and services are transmitted entirely across the internet, there are zero shipping or handling charges ($0.00 / ₹0.00) applied to any order, anywhere in the world.
4. Exchange Policy for Digital Products
Due to the non-tangible, reproducible nature of digital downloads and online software subscriptions:
- Traditional physical exchanges are not applicable.
- Corrupted file or access link replacement: If you encounter a corrupted PDF download, an expired download token, or difficulty opening the provided files, we will re-issue a fresh, validated download link or direct copy to your verified email within 24 hours at zero additional cost.
- Upgrades: If you wish to switch or upgrade between billing plans (e.g., from monthly to yearly), the price differential is adjusted directly via your billing portal.
5. Undelivered or Delayed Electronic Notifications
If you have completed payment but have not received your confirmation email or download access within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not found, contact our support team immediately at support@staffsignal.io with your payment transaction ID, and our team will manually re-send your credentials or access link immediately.
